    Damn....

I have to take San Antonio -2.

Boils down to coaching... pop or Lue?

Watched the Pistons/Cleveland game the entire night.... Detroit doesn't play defense at all. They were flying down the floor end to end. Don't see how Cleveland has enough gas in the tank in the 3rd and 4th qtr against San Antonio. Tim Duncan in or out... doesn't matter to me.

I have Cav's +2 as well. Home court, a little pay back, and Pops doesn't care about the regular season. Just my thoughts.

He doesn't care yet they're 39-7? I'd hate to see their record if he did care. 46-0?

MAG, that to me is the #1 thing. Is POP going to play to win tonight, or lay down??
Cavs can`t handle Spurs if Pop decides to win the game.
After letting GSW take them to the woodshed, I wonder how he plays this.

Isnt it funny how people here still say that? After state kicked pops boys around people said he doesn't care for home court meanwhile the spurs are trying everything to get homecourt. Oh Oh they just want to get the #2 seed. Lol. The loss in state was a 2 game swing.

The Spurs not caring about the regular season is the biggest misconception ever. They're probably one of the teams that takes the least nights off and gets upset by bad teams the least. There's a difference between resting guys because they're old and not caring. Whoever the 10-12 guys the Spurs put out there usually try pretty hard and execute pretty well.

San Antonio's last game was a 31 point win covering a 10 point spead (10.5 or 9.5 , depending on what you had.)

The Golden State game, as Pop himself said, had little meaning. There was a thread about it. So if many agree he didn't mind losing, then why do folks think he cares by how much?

Either way, Pop got the blowout out of his system.

The play here is Cleveland +2 points and I won't be surprised if the line drops. I also wouldn't be surprised to see a San Antonio win by only a point.

Bettors taking the Cavs are seeking the upset, those taking San Antonio are fine with -2 and will counter the steam when the line drops to -1.5.

This is an early analysis as I still have information to process but the base play here is Cleveland.

I'm definitely leaning Cavs here. They lost the first game to the Spurs and now have home court with Duncan out.

Line at -1.5 and falling, with the Cleveland upset paying less and less.

Some forecasters may be dealing with a line that makes Vegas's line look sharper than it was. There was an early opener of pick and early money sent it to SA -2. That money will start to like San Antonio back at -1 or so. I think the Cleveland groups have a lot of pull along with steam driving it down.

The catch, those favoring San Antonio in the fashion above are in what I consider a bit of bear market and "due" for a general turn. On top of that, there is evidence the bookmakers are steering money towards Cleveland.

While the play is Cleveland +2, as it gets lower it gets significantly riskier, in my opinion, as the long term EV evaporates and the bettor is facing an increased short term risk.

I would consider the Spurs plus money if the price were right, but it won't get there. San Antonio +1 or more points could also be a buy for me...will be tough to get here too. Remember, that line was a pick em very, very early and will be tough to get back there, mujch less cross over.

                                                  I already own Cleveland +2.

Pop did cost them a lot by setting starters last year with a shitty seeding .
They're 3 games back of GS for Home throughout, sure a lot left but Pop knows they can't get too far back or they're done no matter what , nobody will win a series with the Warriors at home
                                                        Think they know that.

San Antonio looks like a winner. On a more important note let's see how lebron denigrates his teammates or coaches on tv now. The latest victim was triston Thompson. Before that was Tyrell lue.
