Ridicules in the amount of games available on a daily basis although this make it easier
to pick and chose it also opens the door to over gambling,chasing,like MLB.

When betting these 2 sports discipline is crucial or you'll blow your BR and your mind.

I thought it was pretty ridiculous last night when ORU and Denver combined to score 28 points in the last 99 seconds of the game to destroy my under play. For reference, they scored 56 points combined in the first half. That's ridiculous.

All sports are. In cbball one day you'll see a team play well the next game they are a deer in headlights. GW losing to a bad Billikens team. Refs control a lot of stuff too. Walters is right when he says gambling on sports is square, its all guessing, do the best research you can though.

If you have a system in place or do your homework then the sport/league should not matter. The more events the more chances to find EV opportunities...the problem comes in when you don't do homework and just fire at random. Find someone to tail or stop betting until you have a system in place otherwise the amount of games is impossible to bet with any consistency. NFL is so popular because of the limited slate of games on sunday, much easier to analyze 10-12 games then keep up with a guy that has a model running 24/7 in bases or ncaabb. That isn't to say modelers are winning but at least they have a system.

yes, NBA is much more profitable in the long run.

College is great for selected spot bets, (moreover Mid Majors; Vegas does not have the necessary time to distinctively cap MidMajors; therefore short/bad lines can be had throughout the season in variety).

Depending on the bettor, if your in for long term profit and bet everyday, NBA should be 70/30 minimum over NCAAB.

At first I disagreed, ridiculous is good, but you're probably right for the poll since all sports have gotten ridiculous over the years.
