VT +3.5 vs NCarolina....thoughts?

The line started are +8 but apparently a lot of people were thinking the same thing I was.....Beamers last home game and NC plays a lot better at home than on the road

They have only played 2 real road games this year and the scores were

38-31 over GT
26-19 over Pitt

I wasn't able to get the +8 but I am not sure +3.5 has the value to put any money on....I don't watch a ton of ACC football.

Anyone have any thoughts?

UNC can put up a lot of pts quick. My only thought is that if Va Tech gets down quick, like they did last game...their offense won't be able to dig themselves out of a large hole. Va Tech's RB is good, but their QB is terrible. Zero arm strength. Va Tech D will have to carry them.

im not sure if 3.5 is enough, but i would expect a monumental performance by VT tomorrow. I just dont know if its enough, unc D is pretty good too. Senior day, beamer's final home game are hard to ignore tho.

I'm on the Hokies... lot of angles favor them in this one. That doesn't guarantee anything, but it does make them bettable. I did get a nice early number of +7 with the local though. The current line would make me think twice, but the Hokies will certainly leave it all on the field tomorrow.

UNC has a way better offense and a somewhat better defense. Expect it to be close the first half but N.C. will pull away the second half. N.C. is good because they don't turn the ball over- a big advantage!

The thing about UNC is they look unstoppable against garbage defenses. Against Pitt and even Virginia, they looked rather average. Tech's defense, especially at home, is better than those two and was a major reason why I backed the Hokies today.
