Fantasy is a waste of time and energy.
My one-month sojourn into DFS is ending.
Yes, I'm quitting a loser, the way it looks, but that's ok.
For less than $100 I realized it's not for me. Moving On.

    - too many contingencies
    - too much luck, not enough skill
    - can't predict who will be utilized
    - can't predict individual performances as well as team
    - my brain is hard-wired to cap games

    JJ was right.
    The thrill is gone.
And it's not nearly as fun either.

oh really. is that so. trust me I am somewhat tempted because I've tried NFL and MLB in
this month. It's not like I didn't win, but if I lose today I'm out.
I can only expect what NBA would be like. 50+ bballers to choose from, all capable of
putting up 15-30 points, and you got to be lucky to get just the right combination.
Since luck is involved, I'd rather need ONE piece of luck to win with a team or a total
than need 6-7 pieces of luck.
Right ? odds are.. better in handicapping.

I think for gambling guys like us that won't be running bots using math models

if we want some action and interesting daily fantasy fun we have to do it for small $'s

so that it doesn't eat into the bankroll, and hope to win lottery ticket type leagues

                  OR

we need to communicate internally using the forums and play private league games amongst ourselves with user created contests
