Chargers hanging tough with the Pack
Marching down the field at will. Keenan Allen at 14 (!!) grabs already. Cane back down 17-3 and GB has looked sluggish and flat on offence since first quarter. Can they slay the giant ???

Rivers obviously with a hell of an effort, but SD's O-line was superb at alleviating what could have been much more pressure all day. And whenever people did get a chance at Rivers, he made sure to get rid of it

As good an effort as you can have at GB without coming away with a win

Woodhead was 8 yards open in the endzone on second down and Rivers threw it over Gates head by 5 yards instead.

who cares bout 500 yards when you had woodhead WIDE on 2nd and goal... missed him, or he could have run it himself str8 up the gut... NOBODY there yet he stares down a TE trying to run a mini corner route when you have no SPACE to work that route and 2 guys are on him... duh

then vs a D ready to stop the run, he lets them try a run play on 3rd down

Obvious is obvious... Seahawks blow it, Packers don't cover spread at home... but avoid OT

              Rivers did that on purpose

Books safe for NE cover now

Rivers blew it on 2nd down. Woodhead wide open in the flat and open lane to run for td. Instead he stares down gates and throws into a double team. Classic rivers, exactly why he doesn't win shit. So unclutch

Rivers is either blind or they weren't supposed to have a shot to win in OT... but hey they covered the spread

Gotta give it to him though he looks good failing... When they ran wood head on 3rd I knew they weren't getting in that was retarded

Let's blame rivers. Chargers go into gb and almost win as 10.5 dogs but rivers fukked it all up. I mean he had nothing to do with game being close to begin with.

Rivers had TWO... easy ass TD options on 2nd down to say the least. He blew it.

He could have walked up the middle and into the endzone while sipping on a latte

Going 97 yards means jack if you fold up in the last 3. 500 yards means zilch. You can't run the ball... don't matter if you make the playoffs; you won't go anywhere. We've all seen it from Brees, Peyton, Rodgers, Brady, Luck, Ben, etc over the years.

That's cool though that they covered for those who bet on them. Packers weren't going to go 16-0 vs the spread in the reg season of course.

They had a chance to tie the game and he blew it period.
Lets not give chargers D or there recievers credit? lets just give Rivers who had to throw it 150 times for 500 yards all of the credit... and then blame it on the team when they dont win the game?

Woodhead was not wide open on 2nd down. His man peeled off of him when he saw rivers throwing it to gates.

Not saying he couldn't of run. Most receivers are open after the ball leaves the quarterbacks hand.
