Bucks is interesting choice, but I do agree on all other 3 teams. I think Pelicans and Houston are dark horses this season for sure. Cavs had a good warm up in the finals last year and Lebron is craving for that 3rd championship. I'm leaning CAVS then SPURS AND OKC.Comment -

Whoever comes out of the West will win it. Probably the Spurs. Maybe the Warriors.
I took the Spurs at +700 in the minutes that followed the Aldridge news, but I wouldn't take them at current odds. Don't see value in any team at current odds tbh.Comment -

#11I don't know yet. Spurs are the team to beat right now IF they stay healthy. I also think that Miami is the 2nd best team in the East and highly capable of knocking off the Cavs in a 7 game series.
Houston will be a great regular season team, I'm not quite sure they have the brains to win it all, even if they manage to win the west. I think they would lose in the finals.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

Yes, Miami is the 2nd best team in the eastern conference based strictly on a roster analysis. I don't care what happens in the regular season either. Trying to guard this team over a 7 game series would be a nightmare IF they learn to play together. I have to see what they look like though.
They still have two top 15 players in the world, another top 30 player in Dragic, and a rising star in Whiteside. Deng is still a good defender and the additions of Stoudemire (who was very efficient last year in his roles off the bench) and a healthy Mcroberts give the heat a much needed playmaking big man punch off the bench. My problem with the Heat is that they don't have a big man (besides McRoberts) that can pass the ball too well. I love my bigs to be able to do that. That's what has made the spurs so successful over the years. Also dragic needs to improve on defense and learn to play without the ball like wade learned to do when Lebron came to miami. We'll see. The talent is there. They are one of the top 5 most talented teams in the NBA strictly based on their roster.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#16Tough task for Warriors to repeat but possible of course. Thinking CLE if I had to choose one team right now though. They need all the guys healthy in order to win.Comment -

Hahaha ...Dragic is their best player by far, and an excellent defender too (yes, European and good defensively). What decade are you living in?Comment -
