Teams must win to advance, a tie is a loss. Can not pick a team more than once. Anyone tied for a position splits winnings.

Week 5 - 100 (1st entry), 90 (2nd entry), 80 (3rd entry), 70 (4th entry), 60 (5th entry)/100 (late entry, per entry, 2 picks this week)
Week 6 - 150,140,130,120,110/150 (3 picks)
Week 7 - 220,205,190,175,160/200 (4 picks)
Week 8 - 300,280,260,240,220/300 (5 picks)
Week 9 - 500/500 (6 picks)
Can rebuy one time per entry. The list above is if you lose more than once in a week, with the prices corresponding for each entry lost. If you lose in Week 4, you can rebuy that entry in Week 5 for 100. If you lose a different entry in Week 5, then you would rebuy for the 150 in Week 6.
If you had 5 entries, and lost 3 in Week 4 then you'd pay 100 for the first, 90 for the 2nd, and 80 for the third (if you wanted to rebuy all 3).
Teams chosen can not be reused, even if that entry lost. Once you pick a team, they're done. Anyone who does not make a pick for the week will get the largest available ML underdog of the week.
For Week 4 I will allow anyone to join up to kick off of the game they chose, so the deadline to enter is right before kick off of MNF, but you'd have to pick the MNF winner.
