If they have the #1 or 2 pick and they take Jared Goff or Connor Cook, then they deserve another decade of mediocrity. If they really want to address QB in next year's draft, then they should do whatever they can to trade out of that top pick, and get someone like Kessler, Sudfeld or Wentz in the 2nd/3rd round to challenge Cutler and eventually take over for him in the interim. Any of those guys could develop into a solid starter with the right coaching and players around him.

I would not roll the dice with a top 5 pick on any QB in this draft. If they want to dump and rebuild, do it on defense. Don't waste value.
