There's a msiconception about Chritie and Sportsbetting. He is NOT for it, and if he's ever POTUS(he won't be), he won't be for it. He was dragged kicking and screaming into going along with it by the NJ Dem legislature, who had the #'s to override any veto, and especially State Sen Raymond Lesniak, who is a true champion of Sports Betting legalization. Rand Paul would be the only candidate that would openly be for approval of Sportsbetting. Most would be against it, some (Sanders, maybe Trump) wouldn't champion it, but wouldn't be against it.

NJ, like Walker's state of WI is 2 billion in the hole. Christie has no shot.

The govt could make a mint on books since 99% of sports bettors lose. The govt doesn't want the 99% to file
gambling losses off their income tax.

Gambling on sports is probably a sin according to the govt and don't want the general public to go broke, but will
allow casinos in their states, taking money from old people....go figure.
