Sportsbook.ag Manager Discusses Payout Complaints with SBR

Hey guys,

A manager with Sportsbook.ag has addressed SBR's report that documented 153 slow-pay complaints from players owed $221,786.

SBR was told that all players had their payouts processed this Monday. Please let us know if you receive your payouts soon.

Guess processor issues fixed, wonder what CarbonSports new excuses will be this week.

Should be another complaint how they OVERCHARGE CCs differently from the confirmed amount and what was actually charged.

Each time it was averaged around 20 that they overcharged and I had to ask to have them credit the differences.

Anyone else had this problem?

Still Waiting

The newest ploy (lie) from this Sports site is to tell or make it seem that they are processing payouts. Been waiting since March 11 for $ 1300.00 from them. Received email 1 1/2 weeks ago saying they are processing check, in past it would only take 1 to 2 days to process. Seems like they are again trying to buy time to keep the wolves at bay from their front door.

i got my check in the mail yesterday, they shorted me a few bucks from what i requested, with waiting as long as i did i thought they would eat the fees but did not. now i hope the check clears,they have bounced ones before.

Not a chance I'd ever play at this shop again, You don't mind a 6-8 week window to receive a check? Because this is what they advertise year round, and every year it takes a little bit longer. Hit for 10k and your looking at over a year to get paid.

Rbrune11....have you contacted them? If so what do they say? How long did your withdrawal take to go from "pending" to "in process"

There was a link with the message they sent to chat with them online. It's still pending because they are giving me the peer to peer option which I haven't decided on. They couldn't give me a time frame even if I changed to this new withdrawal method. They mentioned through the chat that peer to peer option will process faster.
