I could actually give advice on this if you were serious. My area of expertise.

But a better option for you is to do a clinical study. People make a living doing that. Hell I knew a guy who made $7000 in a week for getting 2 spinal taps. No not the movie but an actual spinal tap. Yah he was in a bed for a week straight but that's not bad $!

if these are indeed bank loans just default. sure you will lose your credit for 7 years, but they can't make you pay if you have no verifiable income. some debt collection attorney will eventually end up with them and will probably try to sue. just show up at court and say you can't pay since you have no assets to seize or income and the clerk magistrate will just say ok. there are no debtors prisons in the u.s.a. stand up to them.

Some true some not. If he owes that much he will get sued. They will get judgment and depending on remedies in each state can go from there. In CA judgment good for 10 yeas and can renew for another 10 years. Can garnish wages but if no verifiable income like you said can't. Can levy bank accounts. Can put an abstract out which is lien on the social security number so if you try to buy sell or refinance this judgment must get paid. But obviously that doesn't apply to jj he can barely buy a snickers bar. Can also get drug in to a debtors examination that forces you to detail in front of judge your assets and liabilities. But most all creditors don't do that, makes them look bad. Only way to go to prison is if you fail to show up for the debtors examination then a bench warrant for your arrest could be issued but again no creditor will do that , bad rap
