hawks were gassed and overrated to begin with. bullets were rested and are a very talented team with a playoff leader in pierce with balls and toughness which u must have. no possible way to take atlanta yesterday laying points. i did not have action on this game but these are the facts. should be a good series. good luck!

Longtime Wizards fan/sufferer (in case that wasn't abundantly clear), with sources close enough to team to give you guys the scoop that either Beal is a complete scratch from Game 2 unless my guys (and the rest of the world) have been bamboozled by Randy Wittman, who has secretly been a genius from Day 1 and is just now starting to use his Belichick Jedi Mind Tricks.

Team is typically extremely forthcoming and transparent when it comes to injuries, and tends to actually report before any news is definitive. That they haven't doesn't bode well for Brad's game two status.

EDIT: Jorge Castillo just reported that Beal will play, swelling is not as bad as initally feared. I don't know if I really believe the latter, or that Beal will be anything besides a shadow of his normal (imo) mediocrity.
