every deal is different. If no trade is involved, often times I will write up the deal myself and if sold, then get official manager approval but I know my limit to what managers will approve. If they go beyond that, then I get managers involved.

If trade is involved, then I will go out with numbers, come back to manager with offer and then go back out to customer, if back and forth more than 2x, then i just bring manager out to talk to customer.
