Yeah I agree, 5K isnt much for 25, but no one getting that anyways... highest ever on 5Dimes is 19. $500 for 10 is pretty good though, Indians up 4-0 thru 5 innings, Bauer a no-no with 10 Ks

Timberwolves +20 @ Golden State
National (Fister) pk @ Philadelphia (Hammels)

Making it a point to fade Hammels this year so this is my strongest lean right now. Love Kershaw against Arizona but don't like having to win by 2. Im thinking Golden State is gonna restrict minutes for their stars, 20 pts is a lot, but I have been burned betting against GSW a few times lately.

Thinking Nats is the play here...

5dimes doesnt allow open parlays on freeplays, but I get your point. If I get to 8 I'm going to do this

This is a much easier conest than bookmaker. You can takes picks up t -150 in baseball as pickem lines

I never take the freeplay at 5 or 10, but at 15 I would take the 2000 freeplay. The prizes sort of sucked for the 2000 level

Stax, remember that you can get much better odds if you check around. You can get up to -145 at pickem odds in baseball.


I know that you know this, but don't take a -1 or a +1 if you are on zero wins. Always some line that cant tie.

Take a West Coast game right before start time and if it wins take an afternoon game. Before your 24 hours are even up you'll have two wins. So technically you'll only ever need 3 to qualify to win the prize.

Well true, but you still need 5 to win. You can always take an afternoon Europe soccer game as your second play. But I have never given out that advice since it sort is cheating the 5dimes contest and I LOVE this contest
