Using the ESPN Basketball Power Index (BPI) posted numbers, how are the percentage chances for one team to beat another computed in an upcoming game?

For example, Kentucky is given a 92% chance to beat West Virginia. How is that derived using Kentucky's BPI rating of 95.0 and West Virginia's 79.9 BPI?

I would assume its all some variation of Log5.
