100/1 and 70/1 isn't that big of a difference (you're basically getting the Heat at -225 or so to win the Finals which is atrocious, they'll be huge dogs to any West team). If that's your choice go with them to Win the East.

The West will win the finals regardless of who comes out of both conferences.
