#153Very picky storm, some areas are up to 2 feet, some areas only 4 "
I'm looking at half a foot outside my window, but blowing, one more big band to come yet, that's going to be about it.
There will be daylight in 15 mins, I'll post vids or at least some pics.Comment -

#155The only luck I've probably had in a year is that I didn't book my flight through JFK as I was going to.
If you're over the age of 25 and still live in a place that can be this affected by fricken snow you need your head examined. Either move to Minny, Wisconsin, Canada where they know how to handle this shit or get your ass down to the south or better yet out of the country.
Mayan I have a 12 hr layover at LAX - call me.Comment -

He's going to go down as the most useless mayor ever.
Last storm he didn't give a shit, said everything will be OK, and we get buried.
And DeBlzio got killed for that.
So, this one comes around, he remembers he fukked up on the last one, decides I'm not going to do that again.
So he gets all "the sky is falling, the sky is falling" on everybody, and he winds up a buffoon again.
Anybody that can read a map could have told you that east and north was going to get croaked with weather, not so much around NYC, but Long Island and Ct. and Boston will get hurt, if you know science you could tell by the two pressure systems Boston was going to get hurt bad.
Weather professionals were a little high on the total accumultions in NYC, but they got Boston spot on accurate.Comment -

#168Another democrat who knows nothing about running anything. As for the weather, JJ got it right as there was a shift in the wind, about the only thing he got right. After, hurricane Sandy they want to err on the side of caution and its pretty cool that everything gets shut down for a day. As for Boston, the gods are taking out their revenge on the Boston cheaters. LOLComment -

#171We got clobbered and it isn't anywhere close to ending. However it's not the wet snow that they expected, but rather the fluffy stuff. So power lines have a better chance.Comment -

I told her pretty much the same thing, snow is dry and fluffy, even 2 feet of that will not bring power down.
I told her yeah, this is a chance of losing power, but the only way that happens is if wind knocks limbs on to power lines, that'll do it, but looking at these wind charts, it's only 35 mph, not the 55 they though they we're going to have.Comment -
