You should have said "On advice of my Attorney I am demanding my (stupid) wager on Indianapolis be refunded due to cheating (yet again) by Bill Belichick and The New England Patriots. I am legally entitled to a full refund and while I would prefer this be settled amicably if I have to resort to litigation I am prepared to do so. Be confident that my legal footing in this mater is solid and litigation would see me requesting and being granted by the court substantial added damages for the imposition of having to go to court and additional stress caused by the trauma I experienced in discovering the cheating.
