I don't know what to think about ole Jameis. So much pressure on these QB's to come in immediately and turn a franchise around. I think if he gets in a good situation with a vanilla playbook he will be okay but I just don't know. I blame Rothelburger for all the success he had as a rookie. As much as I dislike the fresno state kid on here, Carr could've really developed behind a good QB mentor but the need to win now trumps all. Same with this Bortles kid, tossed right in the fire and hope they come out alive.

Need a mobile QB? I don't think so. Not sure what league you're watching but the "mobile" QBs the past few years which were changing the league are done aka RGIII and Kap. At the very least the shine is off those turds. You have to be in the pocket to have success in the league.

Defense's adjust to the mobile QB, thats why Kap cant run for big yards anymore. Any little success you have in the NFL will get noticed and will be adjusted and thats what happened to Kap

Remember Tebow was 1st rd. This kid will be the 2nd QB taken. If he lands on a team with a lot of veteran players to keep him in check, he'll suceed.

I do not believe that Winston will make it in the NFL. I wat he'd him a bunch this year....he just doesn't have the game that Mariota does.

i think he will be bust because he doesn't seem like a smart guy. Pro def's are complex and I think he will have a hard time adjusting to that. It takes more than talent to make it in the NFL. And no it's not a black thing, it's a personal intelligence thing.
