I had 11338 in an MVP sportsbook account when the whole Bet On Sports group went off-line. I had requested a $5000 payout on July 18 which was right when the trouble started. That money got removed from my MVP account but never made it to Neteller.
So 6338 was put into a new CRIS account because of the bailout deal of non-US customers. Thank you very much to CRIS by the way. I don't want anybody to think this has anything bad to do with CRIS.
I phoned BOS to confirm this missing $5000 and after a couple of days investigation, they told me there was no sign of the payout request in my account history. They said the last several transactions were about $5000 in losses at Poker.
I have never played on-line poker anywhere in my life.
