#17I'm not a professional but unless it's a pure muscle and you are a pro football player it's alright otherwise go down to 200-205, you'll feel twice better, get more work done, healthier for the heart etc etc etc... but i'm not here to teach/give a lesson/tell what to do, just from my personal exp, having a perfect/close to perfect weight will make you understand/appreciate what im talking about.Comment -
