It must be a typo. I'd take Mizzou if this is true. Mizzou beat Arkansas. Alabama almost lost.

They beat UGA last year. I think their only conference loss last year was South Carolina.

I worry about Missouri with their losses vs rushing teams, beaten badly by Georgia and losing to Indiana. Alabama is a dual threat, being able to throw and run the ball efficiently. Does anyone know if Missouri had injuries on defense when they lost those games? I haven't watched them lately, so don't know if their run defense has improved.

Mizzu does nothing spectacular. Nothing. Pinkel must be whodini. Last year auburn ran for almost 600 yards on them and they may no adjustments during the game. Bama names the score Saturday, just depends on how bad they want to destroy Mizzu and the conference representative

Yes, Mizzou had guys out on the OL and DL during the middle of the year.
Their defense is based on the down 4 getting after the QB. Teams committed to the run give them trouble. The outside DLs rush up the field while the RBs run right past them.
If Saban's play calling is run, run, play-action, run, run, run, play-action, run, run, run, run, play-action... Mizzou could be in trouble.
But if it's run, pass, pass, pass, pass, run, pass, run, pass, pass... Mizzou will be in it till the end.

they should win by 28 or more.
The SEC East was embarrasing this year.
They may need to re-shuffle that conference. All the good teams in the west and all the shitty teams in the East.
Mizzou has no business playing in this game.
Best conference in football and this is what they offer for a championship game?
tv ratings will be extremely low probably. Nobody other than Alabama homers want to see this shit.

Wouldn't work that well because of the title game. The good teams come & go in cycles. Wasn't too long ago Georgia, Florida & South Carolina were every bit as good as the West teams. Moving Missouri to the East was weird. Maybe should have moved Auburn over.

Really the only cross divisional rivalry now that anyone gives a shit about is UGA/Auburn. Tennessee/Alabama is dead. LSU & Florida don't want to play each other.

Coaching mismatch: Saban vs. Pinkel.
Pinkel is a high school coach compared to Nick Saban.

Only worry for Bama today is motivation. I know it's the SEC title game, but Bama just came off two huge games in Miss. State and especially Auburn and may be overlooking Mizzou a bit, a team who will be very fired up. I kinda like Mizzou today. I think they find a way to keep this close. If anything, I might take a look at Mizzou in the first half because I think this stays close for a while before Bama pulls away late.

I'm not going to go try and bump the old post after om beat bama but I clearly said people were idiots for not thinking bama could very well go to final four and that they weren't over rated. They played sloppy vs om and arky and after that they started correcting stupid mistakes and the offense is peaking now.. GL I'm pullin for sec to win it all of course, plus the rebels can say they beat the nat champs just like we beat tebow when they won it all..
