Any time you see a "rare" concert, especially stadium concert, you can expect a good ROI.
Had 2 phish tickets, in a shitty lawn seating, sold them for double, was very surprised.

Tried getting Pearl Jam tickets and sold out instantly and were selling for triple the face value, but they may be more of a rare concert than Foo Fighters.

Success! Had to bang buttons for 20 minutes to get one of the last pairs available for their show in LA at the Forum. $73 face value upstairs for what is already almost a sell out. Hopefully I make some coin off these.

Perfect time to do this IMO. You don't necessarily need to wait a long time to make money. Christmas makes this an enticing buy now. Will try unloading a pair with that in mind.

the first thing to do would be put them on craigslist. If they are ticketmaster tickets, they have a program where the buyer can send you his info for ticketmaster and you can transfer them straight from there, I believe livenation has the same deal.

That way, they know the tickets legit and you get to skip out on the 20+ dollar fees.

L.A. Tickets have arrived. Someone had a point about protecting counterfeiting and what not by positing tickets. Anywho, they be plenty real and going up for bidding tomorrow. Definitely thinking I can cash out 3x for the Fenway Show and hoping at least 2x for the Forum if not more.

Did this for Lolla tix last summer. Bought 4 and figured worst case scenario I go with 3 friends. Ended up selling and making an easy $500 profit.
