first of all, the key to getting chicks... you never attract who you want, you always attract who you are.

meaning, if you are depressed and feel miserable, you can only attract girls that are the same.

start working out like your life depends on it.

Hey Parlay. Where do you go or what do you do in order to put yourself in situations where you can first, talk to women or be around women? For example, if you are spending all day in your basement watching seinfled reruns or games of thrones, it is difficult to get yourself laid because you are not putting yourself in the right situation. If you are putting yourself in situations where there are women around then that would be a start. It could be as simple as walking your dog to the dog park, going out to the bar with friends or joining a coed baseball team. If you are not comfortable around women, then just take baby steps and grow from there. Something simple. You dont need a 9 inch rooster And you dont need to be ripped. If you can show you have a personality and are nice, a woman will see that.
