#75You do know that the more % off whte people in a neighberhood the more rent one can take right? Sure as hell thats racism but its also due to a racist market. If Sterling would have made more money renting out to only black people you do not think he would have done that?
Clearly the guy has no problem hiring black people (or sleeping wth them) in other areas. If anything you should blame the housing market (and essentially all people in it) for its structuall racism.
And i would like to say am not from america so its not my place to say, but if i am from the land of the free and home of the brave, i would think i have the right to rent to whoever the hell i wanted. White or black without being called a racist especially if there is a clear economic aspect to it.
And while i am not a racist myself i do know a few racists and for them sleeping with a black woman (or anyone that isnt off his own skin color) is clearly not an option EVER. To call a guy who is dating and says he is in love with a person clearly not white a racist is just beyond me. A racist is someone who thinks the color of ones skin mathers and i do not think that is Sterling. Even thou he is probably a oyster for more reasons than one.

Otherwise denying or withholding housing accommodations.
Providing inferior housing terms, conditions, privileges, facilities, or services.
Harassing a person in connection with housing accommodations.
Canceling or terminating a sale or rental agreement.
Providing segregated or separated housing accommodations.
Refusing to permit a person with a disability, at the person with a disability's own expense, to make reasonable modifications to a rental unit that are necessary to allow the person with a disability "full enjoyment of the premises." As a condition of making the modifications, the landlord may require the person with a disability to enter into an agreement to restore the interior of the rental unit to its previous condition at the end of the tenancy (excluding reasonable wear and tear).
Refusing to make reasonable accommodations in rules, policies, practices, or services when necessary to allow a person with a disability "equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling" (for example, refusing to allow a person with a disability's companion or service dog).

if you owned a mcdonald's franchise and you said blacks smell and you dont want them coming to your restaurant..... dont u think corporate has the right to take away your franchise? it would certainly be covered under the moral clause and damaging of their brand.
