    What is a BIC number?

And why does Heritage ask me to provide this for a bank to bank transfer?? I just won 7500 on Heritage and I want to withdraw some, but they are asking for this. I bank with Suntrust, and I have never seen this before, any insight will be helpful...

Best thing to do is get in contact with the bank. Almost any teller should be able to tell you what the code is...
