    Dirk Nowitzki disappointing tonight...
He needs to step up his game if he wants to make this a series.
Hitting nothing. He makes his FTs and that's it.
In fact he is pretty much invisible today.
Vince Carter having a monster night, while Dirk and Ellis are not really helping him.
Dirk lost his form when the playoffs began

He only showed up in the 4th though...
And his offensive foul was just dumb. Simple as that.
No question that Ellis has a bad game, Calderon isn't really showing up etc.
But what's annoying is the fact, that Spurs aren't having a great game or anything. They are playing supernormal today. Definitely beatable today. But not when guys like Dirk and Ellis decide to sleep until the 4th.
Don't get me wrong, since I'm from Germany I obv have lots of love for Dirk.

Dirk had 26 and 15. Ellis had 21 pts. Vince had 28 and 3 off the bench. Calderon, Marion, Harris barely did anything. I wouldn't blame anything on Dirk, he did his share.

            Dork sucked

haha my Spurs took it to the loser Nazi Dork!! Thiago Splitter showed up to play! Dork is Dirk's real name now. He will have plenty of time for voice lessons now in the off season soon!

He doesn't look too fit at the moment, yeah...

And guys, don't let the numbers fool ya... Sometimes they do lie. Westbrook had a triple double the other day and still played like shit, simple as that.

he won his ring. made statements very close to "i won my ring and now im in the 2nd phase of my career" ......guy would give a sh1t if it was the west finals but he knows the odds that dallas goes far is very low and he just wants to do stuff back in europe

                        This is dead on.

Dirk can score 50 and have a triple double in the fourth in a loss but it's worthless if he doesn't show up for the team when it's needed the other three quarters. A lot of players in baseball end up their season with strong stats all padded when the team was up a ton or getting killed. None made in crucial moments.

Dirk has always been awful on defense. Painful to watch. But yes, he hasnt been himself this series. Good for my spurs though.

That's what hurts the most here: Spurs are beatable right now. When it was clear that it was Mavs - Spurs, I said "Easy win Spurs". But right now, this series, they are definitely beatable. Dallas played an awful game yesterday and still Spurs had to fight hard to keep the win. With Dirk at his best form and help from Ellis and Calderon they would have a real chance. But the way it is, "normal" Basketball is easily enough for the Spurs.

So today his numbers were worse, but his overall game was waaaayyyy better. Was there when the Team needed him early on. Ellis stepped up big time in the 4th and that's that.
Crazy playoffs by the way, some great games so far.

Dirk didn't get the most obvious calls in the first half btw. He played really good today. Very pleased.

I dunno. He seems a lot more demonstrative and competitive than I've ever seen him. He is a step slower. There is no doubt about that. He could be hurt but if he isn't hurt his days in this league are numbered.
