Phils are right up there. Remember, bullpens are a gold mine to finding overs.

Some of these might be a little too early to say they will settle into their current slots, but certainly some teams pens showing their true colors already. I'm honestly shocked MIL is the best pen by ERA so far. Their Spring for their bullpen was full of blown leads. We'll see where everyone is in another month.
