viperxxl, are you from spain? I have 2 friends from Spain as well and they also can write like I do, but cant speak! Dont know why but I think it has to do with the tongue structure you got. There are lots of people who cant speak English in this world, I guess those bookies just want to hear that you're a real person. Just answer it, they will understand it. (even some bookies customer agents cant speak english, maybe it's one of them )

I think they will ask you about your birth date , username and maybe addres. You can learn to say that in 5 minutes. Otherwise they them, that you cant speak english and that you dont understood them.
