I had a phone convo with one a couple weeks ago about my deposit.
He was helpful and nice but I had a hard time understanding him.
Not his fault. And he stayed respectful and helpful even as I got aggravated.

I just prefer to wait in peace. I even get annoyed at restaurants if the waiter/waitress checks on the the krakkens too much. I just wanna eat and drink with the mrs's.
