      Good thread nasher

There aren't any games today that affect the number of at large teams so you probably won't see much fluctuation in these odds today

I'm not convinced Nebraska is in but I guess after seeing this then they must be

Uconn women are 1/4 favorite not 4/1 . They played seven times vs top 10 teams won them all by double digits. Including five times vs top five teams and closest game vs top five teams was 17 points .

UConn has won every game this year, by double digits, and they played seven top ten teams.
Geno Auremma in 28 seasons has 8 national titles and 14 final fours. His teams go to the final four once every other season.
Greatest college basketball head coach ever not named Wooden. Overall record 877-133. 87% win percentage.

Everyone laughs at women's basketball? Really? Come up here to Connecticut, go to a home game here at XL Center. Every game is sold out, 2/3 of the attendance are dudes.

I think everyone respects the UConn program I think his comment was more referring to the whole womens landscape. You have to admit...a lot of it is not even watchable.

Nasher there's zero chance that geno is the second greatest coach ever

Uconn basically gets their pick of the all American high school team just about every year to come play there

Not gonna argue that he's a bad coach or whatever but their talent is almost ALWAYS head and shoulders above the rest. If he was the second greatest ever he would win it every year.

It's too bad you can't find lines on their games though cuz they'd be an easy square auto play every game

It isn't even really crazy hard. There are what two or three spots that are basically in question?

I agree. I think Lunardi has it correct. The last four out don't really make a strong case for making the tourney. This year more than others, it seems pretty clear cut. A lot of these bubble teams like Cal, Arky, etc. fell flat on their face down the stretch, making Lunardi's job easier.

Does anyone even know notre dame is 32-0 and beat 11 top 25 teams all by double digits. They had one game all year they won by less then double digits when they beat VA on the road by 7.

I am a fan of uconn and always rooting for the girls team. However years like this one when they are so dominant are actually bad for woman's college basketball. When Baylor, tenn and even notre dame had teams that were potential challengers to uconn at least a few times a year the ladies game got a little bit of coverage when these teams met. When there is no perceived viable threat at all the ladies game gets ignored.

The #3 ranked team in nation is louisville they are 30-4 and 0-3 vs uconn. Losing by 17,20, and 21.

Uconn fans do go a little overboard with the geno love. It was only a few years ago he passed coach summit at tenn for best in ladies game. He is a great coach but if elects to never leave ladies game the greats of all time conversation can not include geno.

i agree with this statement. personally, i think he should be coaching men anyways, but thats a different debate.

Why is SMU even listed? They are safely in, not even a bubble team. There are no live dogs that I see, and the easiest chalk plays look like Dayton YES -600, Florida State NO -750 and Nebraska YES -750.

Meant "easiest" of the not excessive chalk over -1000.

Everyone laughs at women's basketball? Really? Come up here to Connecticut, go to a home game here at XL Center. Every game is sold out, 2/3 of the attendance are dudes.
Guy gets the absolute BEST women every single year on his team.

WOW! That is nuts. I got 67 of the 68 teams right, I had SMU in and NC State out. But I had SMU safely in, would have thought team I had on the wrong side of the bubble (NC State) would have knocked out somebody like BYU, not SMU.
