ESPN needs to learn to relax.......
These last couple of days ESPN has been nearly unbearable, Marcus Smart pushed a guy a little after a play, watching ESPN you would of thought he was Ron Artest jumping into the stands and beating in fans skulls. Then today Michael Sam comes out as gay (which shouldn't honestly be that big of a deal considering we live in a "tolerant" society) and the story is taking up 3/4 of the show. Must be a slow news week

As a staunch unapologetic homophobe even I find nothing shocking or newsworthy about this story. A gay football player? In this corrupt and perverse society? Big deal. I agree espn is unwatchable

It's a 24 hour sports station with no olympic rights. How many NBA highlights can they show?

Of course they'll make things bigger than they are.

Smart pushing that clown fan was on par with cable news going on for hours when that dude launched the balloon with a kid (allegedly) inside.

                            Espn wants people to watch

Marcus smart and this gay dude are getting people to tune in, not highlights of the clippers beating the sixers by 50

ESPN is no better than tmz.Way more better networks out there i have said it many times to my buddies Each sport has there own channels that are way better.Working from home need something on in the background so I love the MLB channel. Sirius has some good shows too.I love there Mlb network radio.

Espn cares because america cares. When's the last time a cbb player or any player pushed a fan? When's the last time a nfl, nba, mlb, nhl player came out?

these are huge huge huge stories. Espn has it right u have it wrong
