Holy crap - I thought there was only one or two other guys out here, now a bunch is coming out of the woodwork.

But no seems to live on my side of town (Henderson).

The housing market is a scam in the last 3 years though - banks and agents sitting on foreclosures.

Now they are getting all the Chapter 7 filers into homes for less than 10% down. I'm short the stock they are using to finance those guys - total joke.
