Say what you will about the game Manning showed he is a class act in post game interviews.

Peyton doesn't have many haters. People hate the sports reporters and fan boys that worship him.

Media went easy on him. If Tony Romo had such a pathetic performance in the SB the media would have been very harsh on him.

When the Broncos win peyton is the offensive coordinator, head coach and gm. When the Broncos lose he doesn't catch any flack. Why is that? He may be a class act but nothing should buy you a hall pass from failure.

Always has been? I guess we are skipping the fact that he didn't shake the hand of Drew Brees after the saints beat the colts 31-17 in superbowl XLIV...
One of the reasons I have never been much of a fan... you get paid $20 Million/year to play a game, at least have some sportsmanship.

exactly he wins he is the best he loses and its not his fault. Either way he is classy when it comes to talking last night was the only time I saw him even get closed to pissed when the reporter said embaressed.

He really didn't make mistakes, the Seahawks just shut down the entire Denver offense.

What game were you watching? He threw the ball twice to the other team and missed wide open receivers all night.

and the denver defense couldn't stop Seattle... did they even punt in the game besides once they were ahead 29-0 and went easy for a couple series to run clock?
and the denver special teams gave up a kickoff return TD to basically seal the game to start the 2nd half... when it was still a 3 score game and in the NFL that is nothing for one half of football
yeah, the Denver offense did jack shit... but so did every other phase of the football team. that is how you end up with a blowout. let's see you play QB with the way the Seattle destroyed the denver offensive line every critical 3rd down in the game.
give the seahawks the respect they deserve for how they absolutely owned the entire game yesterday in all phases of the game, coaching included.
most dominant performance in a SB that I've ever seen and I've been watching them since the Steelers lost to the Cowboys
even more dominant of a performance by the ENTIRE TEAM than the Ravens in 2000

Class act is nice, but this is the NFL. You are supposed to win, and he is definitely supposed to win since most give him the Lombardi every year before the season even starts. I am not saying he isn't a good guy, maybe he is, maybe he isn't. What I am saying is he is madly madly overrated. He is no where near as good as most claim he is.

He played poorly but it is tough to do much when the opposing team gets pressure with 4 every play and can drop the rest.

yeah he had no reason to go and find Sherman and ask him if he was ok, here's what Sherman said
guess someone told him he should do it... it will look good for you're image that you need to help create even though you've been playing in the NFL since 1998...
“He was really concerned about my well-being,” Sherman said. “After a game like that, a guy who’s still classy enough to say ‘How are you doing?’ To show that kind of concern for an opponent shows a lot of humility and class.”

Sorry but I look at how Colin and Drew were able to score on that Defense, it wasnt as though they were impenetrable.
8 points is best he coulddo with that offense, its a joke.
