    I requested a fedex check payout from a Belmont.com (which is part of the Jazette/Sportsbook.com group) on 9/19 and they immediately processed it and changed the withdrawal status from Pending to Processed the same day I requested the payout and I had the check on 9/22. However, I requested another check on 10/5 and have not received this check and the payout status is still pending which means they have not even told their processor to pay me. I called Belmont and they just said they have check processor issues and it will be 4 to 6 weeks from the request date before I receive the check. I told them I wanted them to at least change my withdrawal status to processed and tell their processor to pay me but they just said it will be 4 to 6 weeks.
    Jazette sportsbooks typically use the following withdrawal status codes that can be seen in the withdrawal history section after logging into your account
    Pending - Means that you made the request but they have done nothing
    Processed - Means they told their check processor to pay it
    Sent - Means they sent the check
    I have read that they are having some payout delay issues but I would like to know if anyone else has requested a fedex check payout in the last month from any of the Jazette books (Sportsbook, Superbook, Belmont, etc). If you have requested a payout please indicate if you received the check and the date you requested it? If you have not received the check, is your payout status still Pending or did they at least change it to Processed.

    I forgot to include a title and it added Mr as the title. How do I change the title to Jazette/Sportsbook.com payouts

    Not surprising. They paid you once and that was probably it.

    File a complain with SBR and see what happens.
