    as long as Pitt beats UConn, I'll be very pleased with them. If they do and Louisville wins out, we'll win the Big East

        who cares? The regular season title means a lot more IMO. Partly because we always suck at the Garden

                no T.... that would give you an "at large bid" one of the 34 or whatever... for non conference champs...which the big east uses the tourney to decide...so no its not an automatic bid.... even though they would get in..

                hell, St. johns could make a run, and win 4 straight...and all the sudden they are in the dance... so it must carry alot of weight

                      Louisville, Pitt and UConn are in the NCAA tourney, but what will matter more than the regular season title is how they do in the Big East tourney, that will decide ultimate seeding for the NCAA's. Regular season titles mean very little other than your seeding for your conference tourney.
