let me tell you what happened:

i was warned back in October about my internet usage, than I was
warned again in January when i got a new supervisor, they gave me a warning about cell phone usage in February ( i posed the score of the Superbowl for some people to see and i guess they didn't like that)

in my defense i was a hard worker, dependable and reliable. I will
admit i did use the internet but at no time did it effect the quality
of my work or work ethics and I do have co-workers that agree that i was wrongfully terminated and should fight it and they will help any
way they can

also in our handbook it states:

POLICY:
Occasional and reasonable personal use of the Internet is permitted,
provided that this does not interfere with work performance.

Do you think i have a case to bring up to the appeal board?

i know i screwed up BIG time and i should not have been using the
internet at work, i did go on google.com alot to help me with spelling
for call outs and work orders, which they did not want me to and they said they will put up a dictionary website for me to use, which they did but it was blocked by their internet polices, i didn't have a
choice, i needed to spell things correctly and the dictionary website
they gave me to use was blocked by their restrictions,

i always thought if they didn't want me on Google.com or whatever else why not block me from going to it? which they did in the final few weeks on my employment at which time i could not and did not use the internet
