Very possible.

There are about 10-15 guys nationally that can go top 5 depending on the season.

For my money, Gary Harris is easily a 1st team All-American guard. He will translate into the NBA. Marcus Smart on the other hand may not translate to an NBA PG as seemlessly.

This is a perfect situation for NBA teams, because they can draft on need, and still land a stud. Instead of drafting off best available.

You can be deep lottery, and still get a cornerstone type player.

Great freaking games.

College basketball is a fantastic product at the top.

If you're a top school, you can deal with these issues of new rules a lot better. Worst team at the top I've seen deal with it is Kansas, and they just beat Duke. New rules will get better when players get better at them. Same thing as the NFL and their targeting nonsense, except this wont dilute the game as it isn't for safety reasons.

Adapt or die.

This saved my ass today. Got hit on some terrible sides. Doubled up on losses, carried over winnings, the schedule was perfect. That said, Duke hurt.

are you kidding me? These rules suck. This is a penetrating marketing ploy to avoid teams like Wichita State and Butler from playing DEFENSE and beating the "big boys"

No it's not. It's better for the game.

Took me until yesterday to realize it.

Good coaches will coach, regardless of the rule. Considering your boys have one of the best coaches, you're at an advantage over the rest.

Bad teams will make it a free-throw contest.

If anything, the new rules allow for more playing.

A lot of these fouls aren't called out on a ball screen at the top of the key. A lot of these fouls are called on the defender trying to step in to a player driving to the hoop, or putting an arm bar down low.

That is great for offense. It creates more plays.

Watch possessions per 40 increase. If that number changes in the upward direction, the new rules have done their job.
