    Money Line Soccer Action
A dying betting option. I do not think it is the most poplular betting option now for soccer. It seems like the asian handicap takes most of the action.

The 3 way line many have said is a sucker line due to the tie option.

Any soccer guys confirm my theory?

I would agree. At least with the Asian Handicap you can get half a winner if it lands on one of the numbers vs. a ML where a high % of the time you bet will be cancelled due to a draw.

On some occasions i want to bet on the tie, mostly in international games. There is a problem with asian lines too imo, sometimes the line on the total (for example 2 goals) is unplayable. If you are confident enough in a dog you can get monster mlines, you can get better prices on the mline than asian for favs too and vice versa. But i play mostly Asian lines nowadays (my favourite is the -1).

I really like soccer money lines. For instance,I like CHELSEA at home to beat charlton this weekend, but I don't want to give up a goal and a half as they win many games by one goal.Last season in 19 home games they were 18 wins and 1 tie,and they are stronger this year with balek, shevchenko and now cole from arsenal.I very rarely take a team on the road, strictly home fav's.

A ML (1x2) bet will lose if it's a draw. However, you can get PK lines where a draw is called a push.

You gotta love soccer money lines. As I stated,CHELSEA got up a goal and played defence the rest of the game for a 1 goal win.Had I took the spread I would have lost.I teamed it up with LYON and it was as easy as that.

I perfer the asian line as well but I have no problem with the 3 way line since the book hold % is about the same as the asian line. Also if you feel a boring 0-0 or 1-1 tie in a game the 3 way line is also useful.

Another valid reason why I like soccer money lines.I really liked AC MILAN over LAZIO on the ML.However THE GREEK did not have money lines up for today's serie A games for some strange reason.I say strange because they had money lines up yesterday for the 2 serie A games (and I cashed in on AS ROMA) so why not today? I'm mad as hell and will seek another book should this persist. So what I am getting at here is that I was forced to take AC MILAN on the spread -1 and pushed as they won 2-1.Had a money line been up I would have won.

you should try pointbet for Asians and for MLs as they most probably have the best lines for both. Also, Nordicbet is not bad if you do not bet too much!

I think you are saying you like only the red-hot favourites at home on MLs ... which is different to using MLs generally to bet.

I like the option of both. Thought the need for asians disappear if you use exchanges to lay for half balls. The three way gives to you a lot more value if you are sure of a side.

It is one of the most frustrating aspects of betting that draws are buggers to predict.

Yes I strictly stay with as big a mismatch as I can find, and only at home.I generally parlee 2 together for a better pay out.I had a fantastic weekend as I won with BARCELONA,CHELSEA,AS ROMA,LYON,AJAX.My only loss was with damn underachieving ARSENAL(who still remain winnless) and I got a push/cancel on my AC MILAN forced spread bet(which I would have won had a fricken money line been up) I must admit that I know nothing about how the asian line operates.I went to check out those sites and they wont let you view the odds unless you sign up.My loss with ARSENAL was due to a tie,on an asian line would that have been a push/cancel?

The are a pretty average book mirroring pinnacle but you can look at mansion for asians. They take allcomers.

With the game ending in a tie a push is possible only if you had Arsenal on a 'pick' asian line, which would not have been the case in this game on 9 sept., cause they have been heavy favourites at home to Boro, something like -1 and/or -1.5.

It's easy to understand how asian lines work, just have to read carefully the betting rules on any site that offers them.
