When does Manning not throw at least 30 times a game Pavy? Their offense is built around the passing game. Im not buying some of the talk bout Peyton being emotional or choked up here either. Guy is a cold blooded killing machine and will thrive on trying to have the game of his life here more than anything. Still undecided on this one I'm not over confident in Donkos defense but lean Denver here.

He didn't throw vs Giants and Jaguars who have horrible run defenses. They will run the ball a lot vs the Colts.

Lou has it right here. Peyton can act like he's moved on, but he's still PISSED that Indy somewhat turned their back on him. He made that franchise, and was tossed aside for an up and coming talent...not a young, proven talent. Peyton will be as motivated for this game, as any game he's ever played in.

I heard today on ESPN radio that Manning told the owners to draft Luck.... that they would be crazy not to since he was younger and he (Manning) was an unknown quantity currently with the injury. It's just basic "hear-say" but it wouldn't surprise me. Manning is a class act. Of course, that's not to say he isn't going to try to light it up.... just not out of anger I don't think.

fwiw - I agree with the OP. Denver -6.5 against the Colts is a gift. The Colts looked TERRIBLE last night against the crummy Chargers. Denver is going to scorch them.

The Broncos are built to be a high scoring team. Von Miller and Woodyard are coming back. That is bad news for Luck. He could spend a good portion of the evening on his back. The only way I see the Colts winning is to do what Dallas did. Does Luck have that kind of performance up his sleeve? We'll find out.

even with that performance Denver could have won by 7 and the cover or push (depending what # you got). more than just luck do you really trust scabs like dhb to make plays? boys weapons are better by far and they couldn't even hang
