Bizarro world line, and yet, it makes sense on paper given the current form of both teams.

Is this the ultimate buy low/sell high opportunity on Houston, or are the Texans cooked?

Quite honestly not that surprised but only because I had KC making the playoffs and Houston peaked in the first half last season.

If Yates starts for Houston take the Chiefs. He will have 5 turnovers by himself.

No confidence in any QB for houston. On the road, now officially the loudest stadium in the league. hahaha Good luck Houston.

All that quarterback will have to do is stomp his foot and hand off to Foster and Tate. Kansas City's run defence is not that stout. I don't think whoever is back there will be trusted to do more than that until they establish the run and force another defensive player into the box.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. Foster should have a field day.

I'm not surprised by KC, but I am very surprised by the Texans. I honestly thought the Texans would go the same route as last year. Cruise through the season with 10-12 wins, then make a first or second round exit in the playoffs. I think Schaub is a solid QB, I just don't think he is mentally strong. I think the media and fans got to him after that pick six against Seattle.

I'm still waiting for KC to play a legit opponent. Seems like every week they are playing some bottom-dweller at home. But I guess those are the opponents you get when you go 2-14 the previous year.

Houston still has what is arguably to best offensive line in the game and a huge strength of schedule ranking. That line is a tick toward 6 for very good reason.

Plus I think they can use the "us against the world" card now that they're all pissed at their fans for cheering Schaub's injury. That might be the spark that gets them going and rallies the troops. Or at the very least, leads to them playing more like an NFL team and less like a bunch of zombies.

KC already played their hard games out side of the 2 Denver ones. Houston has no chance if Yates starts with the Daniels injury already crippling them

Personally though I had KC 13-3 and Houston 8-8 coming into the year though

Isn't Houston 0-6 ATS this year? I wouldn't trust them covering +6.5 either.

yep and KC has held all 6 opponents under their team total this year
