5 Dimes PROBLEM

When I log on to the site I can see the page to place new wagers and I can see the "daily figure" page.

BUT, when I try to view the "pending wagers" page or the "transactions" page, it says SERVICE UNAVAILABLE.

Anyone else having this problem?

Happens when there's lots of traffic, servers get overloaded. Usually happens prior to kickoffs on the weekend. Use one of their satellite sites (Propbet, IslandCasino,etc.). Search the forum, you'll get plenty of hits.

I've been thinking about looking for a local, but I don't know how to do that.

I've watched some fights at a sports bar and people talk about their bets but I don't know how to approach them.

Any advice on getting a local, I would appreciate it.

If you haven't meet a few already than its not worth it...

Most with use pph sites that will kill you vig, won't have the big ML's you like to play, parlay limits, etc...

5Dimes told me on the phone that there had been some technical issues with the MAIN SITE and they were rebooting it.

Propbet was working fine.

bubbles just gets a little paranoid. bubbles is proud of the money he has made from betting and is trying to potentially make a career out of this long term (if that is at all possible) so I don't want to see it disappear if a company fails or something.

I was being serious also. It's a common problem with 5Dimes during football season, heavy traffic slows their servers. It's not a big deal, just use one of their affiliate sites (their all 5Dimes, just log in as usual). I have 3 of them bookmarked: propbet.com, islandcasino.com, 5Dimes.com. Propbet usually does the trick on the rare occasion I need it. Search the forum, as I said it's not a big deal.

Review wagers link is not working for me either. 5 dimes usually has a problem or two during heavy traffic times.

I used propbet (one of their mirror sites) and it worked fine on there.
