because the difference between 3 and 3.5 is huge and if moved down to 3 then the over would be very heavily juiced

Pinny will juice baseball totals all the way to -150 or even -160 sometimes without moving them down a half a point. The juice for the Tribe TT yesterday was relatively normal when Pinny expects an under for the game. I saw plenty of -120s at other books on the 3.5 -- better numbers, which means Pinny was really shading the under more than others. I didn't see any books go anywhere near 3.

Pinny never expects a game to go over or under
they just throw some lines out there, and let their sharp bettors sharpen the lines for them
it has more to do with balancing their action than shading anything because they expect the game to go one way or the other
