you do know the A's won only 1 game less than the Red Sox.

A's went 19-9 in September. Winning 7 of the last 10.

but yeah Red Sox vs Dodgers is a lock.

IMO that would be a great world series for America to see. It would be a cool story to see the small market A's make the series.

East coast vs West coast. That would be cool with me if that turns out to be the world series.

i'm not saying A's will win. I'm just thought it was interesting how much success the A's have had this year based on not having any super stars and people are still not giving them any respect.

Ofcourse the Tigers should win, they basically have an all-star team.

As far as the Tigers "could have swept Marlins if they wanted to"

all i have to say about that is momentum is huge in the playoffs and you never want to go on a losing streak right before the playoffs.

how has the Tigers done against Bartolo Colon?

And the 4 of 7 doesn't mean anything.
                    its the playoffs now.
it will be a good series though

                            I agree.

Playing the braves in the 1st round is like getting a bye.

The Braves are the Peyton Manning of MLB

I would love to see Oakland make the series, but I'm guessing it will be the Buyers (Dodgers) vs. the Sellers (Red Sox)

                                  yep and Vegas agrees.

The Sox are the best team in baseball:

aint no doubt about that. But often times its not the best team that ends up winning.

The Pirates might be the most dangerous team.
