Small device that plugs into one of your HDMI ports and USB port for power (or use the AC adapter)

You can put anything from any device wirelessly through your WIFI network onto your screen (laptops, smartphones, etc) without anything other than that chromecast device plugged into the back of your TV

Watch Youtube or more likely Youporn on your LCD and the volume is controlled by your TVs volume so now your phone or laptop can instantly be video on your TV and blasting out of your stereo system

This is essentially a wireless HDMI capable BUT it also connects to your TVs sound system AND connects all the devices on your WIFI network to the TV wirelessly...its fukin awesome

You can connect a desktop wirelessly with a wireless keyboard sure but you can use your smartphone or laptop just as normal and it is all displayed and heard out of the TV. If you were in a hotel or something for example and only had your smartphone you could use the LCD and blast whatever porn or music video your watching on that little 4 inch screen with barely audible sound through the TV
