LSU and SEC fans in general, does LSU have the NFL-ready players on defense they've had in years past? It doesn't seem like they do, but I haven't watched them as closely this year.

A lot of people on SBR are hyping up LSU.

Does LSU have a real good defense? Yes, like always.
Has UGA's young defense been plenty tested this year so far? Absolutely.
People are hyping LSU's run game while ignoring that UGA's Todd Gurley is probably the best RB in college and his back-up is real good too.
UGA's QB is better than Mettenburger (who could relapse on drugs at any time) and it is also hard as hell to win in between the hedges.

UGA wins.

Rudy I MIGHT make a trip to Athens tomorrow and see if you are at Barbaritos (I think Moe's kicks Barbaritos ass though). You look banged up, guy?

On the plus side if UGA ends up losing, probably half of the people at my college will kill themselves.

I don't like UGA either, I just know they are the better team.

It will be the same old story for LSU....second best in the SEC West.

Btw, the best defensive player in college is Hasean (Ha-Ha) Clinton-Dix...the kid is an animal, so LSU still plays second fiddle to Bama.

Vinnie Sunseri is really good too.

Really rooting hard for LSU but i think UGA will take this one.....Gamecocks effectively shut out of Atlanta once again with a UGA win tomorrow, but atleast UGA will 100% deserve it this time around due to the head to head battle

Last hope would be Florida and a 3 way tie but no chance Florida only loses to SC, nevermind beating UGA anyway

I think we can all agree that this game will be what the SC/UGA game should have been.

Been watching this vid to get pumped up for the game, even though I'm on UGA.

One of my really good friends played corner at a NAIA school and he got me turned onto DB's.

Real talk, when my friend was playing HS ball, Steve Spurrier came to check out another player and while my friend was sitting outside the coach's office he heard Spurrier (who was watching game film) refer to my friend as "Someone he would like to recruit if only he was a little taller" (my friend is a white (not too many white DB's) guy with really good speed and vertical, but he is only 5'8").

I'm glad my friend told me a good bit about the DB set of positions because I came to believe that they are absolutely the hardest positions on the field, especially corner. Now when I watch football I only really care to look at DB's, WR's, some QB's and sick RB's. And yes, I am someone who realizes things like the vast importance of good lineman, not just someone who watches the dudes who put up points and I respect all positions.

My boy in the NFL is Ed Reed, but after he leaves my second favorite player, Marcus Lattimore, will step into first.

My dudes in college are in order: Marqise Lee, Ha'sean "Ha-Ha" Clinton-Dix, Teddy Bridgewater, TJ Yeldon, and Vinnie Sunseri (my mom has always liked Bama so I watch them as my "SEC team", but I do really like to always watch LSU's nasty DB's).

Yeah I know, "cool story bro", but I'm pretty pumped for this weekend!
