Doesn't matter to me about tight ends , because olsen or rudolph won't be on any of my teams even if you paid me.
come on now, you know thats j finley unless you want to believe thats a new player with same last name.

Gronk goes too early regardless. He would be 2nd in tight end ranks if he didnt miss a game.

Sorry, but i believe finley, gates and cameron will have better years than Olsen and Rudolph

The guy could miss 3 games, and still outscore the rest on the list.

TE's putting up RB numbers at a postion that is consistently in single digits is worth it every time.

If you want to make your own list go make your own list. Like i said gronk is higher if he misses no games. Nobody should want a tight end over a starting rb or #1 or 2 wr

REALLY like Cameron, esp with where you can likely draft him. looked great in preseason. Know its only preseason but norv likes to really involve TE's and you could see it taking shape.

okay, have one leage I am really keen on winning - finished 1st in the reg season last year and lost in the first round of the playoffs.

Here is how the league is set up...

            1pt every 50 passing yards, 5 bonus pts at 350 yrds - Passing TD's worth 6pts
            1pt every 20 rushing yards, 5 bonus pts at 100 yrds - Rushing TD's worth 6pts
            1pt per reception, 1pt every 20 receiving yards, 5 bonus pts at 100 yards - Receiving TD's worth 6pts

No Flex Position - starters are QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, K, DEF

Don't know my draft position yet.

the setup seems to give WR's a slight priority since its a PPR league with no flex, so it's thrown me off on my drafting strategy. Would like to go RB, RB, WR, WR, RB in the first 5 but am considering RB, WR, RB, WR, WR given the setup. All depends on where my draft position is and who is on the board I know but any advice would be great. Plan on waiting to take a QB (Cam, Kaep, Romo, RGIII, Stafford) but am tempted to take Brees early because he had more games than anyone over 350yrds passing. Really like Reggie Bush's potential as a pass catcher in the backfield, could get decent value for him as well. Plan on waiting and getting Cameron at TE in the later rounds, think he is a steal and could have a big year. Would love to get Dez in the 2nd/3rd (wishing, I know). Thoughts?

you'll have to get dez in the 3rd, with only needing 2 rb, rb depth is bigger than you may realize. You will have to get dez in round 2. Id still wait on that qb, you need 3 top notch wr. yes Reggie is gonna be great this year

I decided to take Demaryus Thomas over Larry Fitz. I know he will have welker & decker taking a few targets away but I still went with my gut.
                  Tell me your thoughts?
                  Thanks in advance.

DeMarius Thomas will be a stud again this year do not worry. TY Hilton another stud this year....very underrated going late rounds. DeSean Jackson will have a monster year too.

Greg Olson will be a top 5 TE this year.

Once waivers ends, Ill be dropping chargers D/ST (Drafted it by accident FFS), and picking up Jason Avant. Anyone have any suggestions?

Im not a huge fan of AP and honestly think D's will close in on him and worried about possible injury, so I am very willing to trade him for the correct offer.

So far Ive received two offers:

1: Arian Foster. I like Foster but at the same time his injury status is not clear. How strong will he come back, will he even make it for week 1?

                          2. Tom Brady and Darren Sproles. Tom Brady is better than Romo but is still no guarantee with the questionable Patriots team. Also Romo should play better this year, Bryant is much more mature and could lead to better things.

My gut tells me to just keep AP, and/or trade him for Foster and try and work another player in with Foster, possibly Josh Gordon? I would also wait until week 1 goes by to see how both do.

Any thoughts on trading AP and my team in general would be great!

Not trying to be mean but if you drafted Tony Romo let's say in round 6....having Mike Wallace, Reggie Bush and even to some degree Larry Fitzgerald as your starters in rounds 2 through 5 is terrible drafting. Trade AP for some combination of underrated RB and decent TD grabbing or high yards receiving WR, and pick up Nate Washington off of waivers. If Giovanni Bernard is also in Free Agent status....pick him up too for back up or as a decent FLEX play. If you can somehow spin AP into Alfred Morris and Wes Welker or AP into Lamar Miller and Stevie Johnson or Steve Smith, then do so. Then try to trade Reggie Bush for Eddy Lacy and/or a decent flex like Jordy Nelson or Marques Colston and use Giovanni Bernard as your flex.

That is the best I can do as far as damage control. Good luck...you will not exceed 10th place with the team as is.

My draft didnt go as planned, getting the number 1 pick really sucks with the scarce amount of RB. Mike Wallace and Larry Fitz should have much better seasons IMO tho.

Stevie Johnson scares me, I think BUF will run a ton more this year.

What about trying to spin AP and Larry Fitz for Morris and AJ Green?

Also why high on Wes Welker? He will be Peytons 3rd target, possibly 2nd as the season goes on.

Stevie Johnson scares me, I think BUF will run a ton more this year.

What about trying to spin AP and Larry Fitz for Morris and AJ Green?

In 12 team leagues the top talent is usually taken up. Welker is underrated and yes, he and Peyton will develop a chemistry I believe as time goes on. I would have recommended Amendola as well but he is so frail. TY Hilton another possibility. AJ Green and Alfred Morris for Fitz and AP is good trade for you but again, AP's value is at an all-time high right now.....try to squeeze one more solid player out for him. Your flex play and bench depth are horrid. If you can get one more scorer in that trade (ie-Antonio Gates, TY Hilton, Jared Cook, Vincent Brown or Seattle's back up RB) then by all means make that trade. Dn't forget to pick up Giovanni Bernard either....could be this year's Alfred Morris.

Just drafted. What do you all think?

                                  Starters

                                  QB - A. Luck
                                  WR - R. Cobb
                                  WR - P. Garcon
                                  RB -A. Foster
                                  RB - R. Bush
                                  Flex - T. Hilton
                                  TE - J. Cook
                                  K - J. Brown
                                  Def - Cinci

                                  Bench

                                  Ben Tate
                                  Michael Vick
                                  Bryce Brown
                                  Michael Bush
                                  Malcolm Floyd
                                  Mike Tolbert

Grabbed Tate in case Foster gets legit hurt (although I'm still banking on him to have a great year) Took Vick in the hopes that he kills it first few weeks and I can dump him for someone that is a solid no. 1 as a RB or WR so I can play them in flex.

Finally...call me crazy but something tells me Vick goes HAM on Washington and put up more points than Luck dos against Oakland. Any opinions?

Oh and personally I like Fitzgerald. He had an off year but I was totally unaware ARI picked up Palmer. Dude put up hella yards with shit receivers last year in OAK (I know because I picked him up on waivers when Ryan had his bye and he still killed it) and will be awesome throwing to Fitz IMO. I'd wait about 2 weeks to see how that progresses and just keep him or try to sell him high.

If Kembrell Thompkins is available on your waiver wire get him too. Nate Washington will be also really solid for Tennessee too. Try getting rid of that bum Mike Wallace....if you can trade him straight up for Wes Welker or a Steve Smith....then do it. Trust me. Brian Hartline should be the top receiver for the Dolphins this year.

Thanks sports guy. Do you think AP is worth lynch and Julio Jones? The only other trade I can maybe try to spin is AP and Wallace for Megatron and Steven Jackson? He also has Ty Hilton on his bench but not sure he will free all 3 up for AP and Wallace? Are AP and Wallace or AP worth for megatron and jackson?

                                          Thompkins is gone

Also I do sorta like Larry Fitz, with Palmer and I think Arians could work some magic there.

TBH as bad as my team looks, I dont think its tooooo horrible. No one really has a stacked team. Everyones got holes lol. 12 team drafts are much tougher, Ive never done a 12 team before.

I know I had a solid pick but got screwed on the auto draft. I had back to back picks in 5th round, I had 1 minute to make my pick then 1 min for my next pick. I knew who I wanted first real quick so I dragged him over to the auto pick side, in case the timer expired while I was looking for my next pic, when it ran out it auto picked him which is good but then it set me to auto pick and auto picked the next guy who espn said was next based based off their rankings. I thought it would reset and give me my minute. lol oh well

Pull the trigger kid. Then you can turn around and trade Andy Dalton for a solid #2 WR. Then you will at least a shot to finish 6th or 7 th based on your scheduling.

Keep Romo and get more starting line up depth.

Rounds 4,5 & 6 will be plenty to get a solid WR. Better yet go RB RB WR WR Matt Ryan TE then WR again in that order and you'll probably finish top 3 or 4 in your league.
