First off, we need to define 'pull-up'. In every video someones got a different style. like the inverted type fazzer does and I believe matt rain is doing chin-ups....etc.

A full extension must be done as stated. We are looking for pullups not chin-ups.

We don't care what you do with your feet so long as they are in the air and you raise your upper body the entire length up. Your legs cannot be touching any object or the surface of the floor.

Pull up grips, not chin ups.

Neutral or pull up grip is fine. I'll update rules to state that chin ups will not be counted.

If Lou is the presiding judge, then I think that he should submit a video demonstrating him doing at least one pull-up so that we know he is capable of the exercise and conversant with the motion. Isn't that fair?
