I've played with them for a while (surprise, surprise, the resident "try every new euro book around" - Azz again). They have limited offer but if you bet soccer they carry some valuable lines especially on favorites. Rather high limits for a Euro book (a stake of 500 € has not been a problem).

Neteller and Moneybookers are not yet there but they say they are coming soon. CS through mail is very friendly and the site works fast.

    I like them but
I HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT FINANCIAL SECURITY. Since they are a new bookie, be cautious.

PS. I had a weird incident with them. They promptly paid my first withdrawal of 500 € to my credit card as I requested. The only problem was that they paid it 4 times. I informed them and they fixed the problem and thanked me with a 100 € cash bonus.

i couldn't find much on them at all either BadAzz, but heres a nice article on them.

Peter Jidesten is the chief executive officer of 3BWin.com, the online pool betting operator based in Malta. Despite being quite new, the company aims to be one of the five largest European sports betting companies within three years. Interview by Steve Turner.

The biggest strength of a company like ours I would say is the community we have developed. We started off as a free company, providing betting pools, and developed our online community without the pressure of having to make money and compete against the more established companies. It's proved to be a really big strength for us. In fact our business developed because we were watching our players challenge each other, and pretty much bet against each other over our free pools, and that's when we decided to bring this aspect of betting to the market. We wouldn't have had that knowledge except from the community we had developed. I also think that the world isn't the same place as it was a few years ago. It's highly likely that your best friend lives in New York or Paris, anywhere around the globe nowadays.

We think that a venture like this, which provides a forum for players to come together and play against each other rather than betting against the house, is the way to go for online betting – creating communities that bring people together, much the same as betting shops did ten years ago. If there is a good community, with your friends and people you know, you're more likely to keep returning and participating. Communities retain customers, and if you manage to do this, you also get positive feedback, which gets you recommendations and builds trust. I think building a community should be at the core of any new online gaming site.

When talking about threats to a start-up like ourselves, I think a lack of brand recognition is the biggest thing we have to be aware of. There are so many large established brands that a start-up company has to get it right from the very beginning. You are constantly working to build the recognition factor and gain trust, and there is so much competition in the betting market that there is little margin for error. The main thing we have focused on is developing the game and making sure our members are happy.

We need to promote ourselves as a product and a brand in a positive and reliable way. I think it is a real problem for start-up sites, that there is enormous pressure to get it right straight away and have everything perfect, otherwise people aren't going to come back, even though you are new and trying something different. Basically the problem is if you are a smaller site with nothing extra, nothing new, you just have the odds to compete with and you will lose sooner or later. So you have to develop a brand with new ideas while fighting for market share at the same time.

The margin for error is small, but if you can get it right, the rewards are great, so while being a threat it is also a reward in a way. We were lucky that 3B was a recognised game before we went live with betting, and I do think that the bigger companies provide inspiration. It's good to keep an eye on them; they've been where we are and there are some have done really well. This is especially true with the English bookmakers that have built themselves a great brand. But we do have to be cautious and make sure everything's correct first.

For us, the biggest weakness we have is being reliant on investors for money. Being so new to the industry we have to rely on the finance coming from investors right now, which means that if we need to do a big marketing campaign or do something that requires a little bit more expenditure, we have to bring money in from outside the company. The result of that is that we can't be as fast as everyone else; we can't jump on opportunities as quickly as we'd like to, but this is a typical start-up weakness. It shouldn't be unexpected. However, I feel that it is just a matter of working to develop the product, giving it some time to unfold before we are able to become a bit more independent financially and therefore able to move a bit quicker in the market.

      Strengths
Community • It's very important for online start-up companies to develop a community atmosphere for the product.
Expertise • We have a great know how in the company, with experts in every field.
In-House Development • Everything is built within the firm, which holds down our costs and gives us more control of our systems and business.

      Weaknesses?
Start-up • As a new company within the betting business, we don't have the same advantages as the already established companies.
Legal Issues • There is a lot of uncertainty in the international markets over legal issues for online betting.
Brand Recognition • We need to establish our product and brand in a fast and reliable way. In the betting market people generally go for an established brand so we have to get ourselves known and trusted.

      Opportunities
High Revenue • We have the ability to generate high revenues because we own and build all our systems in-house. Having a preexisting database also makes our marketing costs fairly low.
Pool Betting • We make it possible for people to bet between themselves, instead of betting against the house, which is going to attract people who not only wants to win money, but also compete among friends.
Partnerships • There are a lot of opportunities for developing relationships with similar companies in order to expand the business quite quickly and easily.

      Threats
Regulation • Again the legal situation in many markets could possibly work against us expanding.
External Investors • We must rely on finding external investment for any additional funding.
Development • To keep the members engaged with our product we need to offer good product development so they keep coming back.
