P.S. If Texas didn't have four games in four weeks against FOUR top 12 teams then they wouldn't have been down to Tech 17-0 in Lubbock to begin with. Glad a last second touchdown catch from another team speaks better volumes than a head to head win on a neutral field.

#37of course tex tech is insignificant, becoz they beat the horns and we dont wana talk abt that coz it kills the horn side of things. the bcs does not consult the big-12 abt who should be in the bcs champ game, so the big-12 should not be looking at the bcs to determine their tie-breaker, the should look within the games that were played within conference and have their own way of determining things, and btw, if texas played even one decent non-conf team, they would have had the comp #s to favor them, instead they chose to play fau, utep, and rice, while ou played cincy and tcu. texas needs to improve their nonconf sched or STFU. ou going to kc and texas sitting hm crying thanks to their athletic administrations greed and stupidityOriginally posted by dleTexas Tech is insignificant, this has to do with the national championship, not the conference championship. And Texas had Missouri on the schedule.
Their schedules are not that different. I don't see Oklahoma going out and scheduling ANYONE from the SEC for their OOC.

Keep beating around the bush. The voters had to chose between Texas and Oklahoma. Texas beat them on a neutral site. Texas should get the edge and a chance at the MNC.Comment -

#60Ye ole Texas faithful, hoopster is right. There is no reason to schedule Florida Atlantic. If they played Arizona at home instead of Florida Atlantic they would have A) been playing for a national championship and B) recruited on the edge of their main recruiting turf.Originally posted by hoopster42teams dont choose who they play in conf, but they do choose out of conference!

I bleed burnt orange but we have no one to blame but ourselves. Oklahoma scheduled TCU while we took Rice. They scheduled Cinci and Texas tool UTEP. Game over. We will stomp Ohio St in some meaningless bowl while Oklahoma puts a 60 spot on Florida. Hopefully we learned from this.Comment -
